Featuring Authors: Danny Goldberg, “Serving The Servant”; Joe Hagan, “Sticky Fingers, The Life and Times of Jann Wenner and Rolling Stone Magazine”; and Will Hermes, Love Goes To Buildings On Fire: Five Years in New York That Changed Music Forever, a history of the New York City music scene in the 1970s. Moderated by Rob Barnett, Rob Barnett Media.
The authors will be reading selections from their books, with the audience invited to participate in a lively Q&A discussion, led by seasoned music industry professional, Rob Barnett. Through his moderation, the audience will be taken on a journey – the authors will share insights and stories, adding a new dimension to these seminal artists, the time, and the culture that helped shape their music as we know it today. These shared experiences, passages, and stories will shock, amaze, and inspire; in short, this not-to-be-missed event will stick with you forever.

In early 1991, top music manager Danny Goldberg agreed to take on Nirvana, a critically acclaimed new band from the underground music scene in Seattle. $75 includes post-show supper on stage + meet & greet with authors to benefit The Music Hall. Post-show party on our stage, meet and mingle with the authors while enjoying delicious food from Chutney Masala of Irvington, and craft cocktails created by Molinda of Hudson Anchor as well as Hudson Whiskey founding father Ralph Erenzo, the architect that brought Hudson to life, who will be sampling Hudson Whiskey and a special Whiskey cocktail
